Personal Chef Meals to Go
When you’re too busy and need a hand staying on track with your healthy meals. All meals are prepared by our certified chef *Groceries are not included. Grocery/Food services are listed

Weekly (1 week / 5 days a week) $75.00
Provides:
1 meal a day of your choice (lunch or dinner)
Total 5 meals a week @ $15.00 a meal
****if you want to add a meal to a day, then add $7.50 a meal

Bi-Monthly (2 weeks / 5 days a week) $95.00
Provides:
1 meal a day of your choice (lunch or dinner)
Total of 10 meals (5 meals a week for 2 weeks) @ $9.50 a meal

Body Fulfillment also gives home gym instructional services for Individuals that purchase home gyms. Many individuals may need help on how to fully use the equipment and get the optimal benefit from their new equipment and we can make that happen.

Home Gym Instrucitonal Services is $75.00 for a minimum of 1 hour service, any time after that $15.00 every 1/2 hour
